The week summer arrived...

A one-girl Memorial Day parade
Jessica got around to opening the windows that have been painted shut for two years (THANK YOU!)
yoga class with friends has come to an end
we've ventured into the lake more than once (braving the bikini and frisbee-infested waters for a chance to cool off - the undergrads are almost gone...)
the fireflies are flickering, and the thunderstorms have swept into town...
it's summer.

Open windows are like... well, I would say breath, but that seems silly...
So, so important for me. I'm hoping we'll get a nice long 50-85 range so I can leave the coolers off and enjoy the open windows and doors. (Certainly we got many in the 50-60's!)

I adore the one person parade! Adorable. I find it humorous that you are celebrating the dispersal of undergrads and we are dreading the tourists that start coming this way. ;) Enjoy the sunshine!
