There is quiche in the freezer, cheese in the fridge, leftover pizza and a pot of beans. Dan will be all right. He has some big brain work to do this week, and it seemed like a good time to pay an overdue visit to some dear friends in Virginia...
Seven hours in a car with two of my favorite people in the world, driving through West Virginia in the fall...I think it will be a good day.
